Prepare for a musical journey like no other as Main Stage Community Theatre proudly presents "The Wedding Singer, The Musical." Get ready to groove to the rhythm of a wannabe rock star, who just so happens to be a professional wedding singer. But when he's left standing alone at the altar, he decides it's time for a change of tune.

In this world, being a wedding singer could make you the coolest guy in any room. Based on the beloved Adam Sandler film, this musical adaptation brings the '80s to life with a dazzling new score that captures the essence of the era, much like "Hairspray" did for the swinging '60s. Get ready to say "yes" to the most enchanting and nostalgic musical event of the past two decades.
Meet Robbie Hart, the charismatic protagonist of our story, who dreams of becoming a rock star. In 1985, he was the go-to wedding singer in New Jersey, always bringing the party to life. However, when his own fiancée leaves him heartbroken at the altar, Robbie's world is turned upside down. His heartache transforms him into a master of disaster, ensuring that every wedding he performs at becomes an unforgettable catastrophe.
But fate has something special in store for Robbie when he crosses paths with Julia, a charming waitress who captures his heart. There's just one problem: Julia is engaged to a ruthless Wall Street tycoon.
